A familiar shape, lighter than ever
Snow Peak's latest titanium cookset refines a design the brand has iterated on for over a decade. The new set nests a 1.4L pot, a shallow fry pan lid, and two cups into a package weighing just under 380g — about 120g lighter than the previous generation.
What's changed
The biggest change is a thinner-gauge titanium alloy in the pot walls, paired with a redesigned handle-lock mechanism that Snow Peak says is more secure when the pot is full. The fry-pan lid now has a slight lip, letting it double as a small plate.
Availability
The cookset is expected to reach Malaysian outdoor retailers in the coming months at a premium price point consistent with Snow Peak's titanium line. For backpackers who count grams, it's a meaningful upgrade; for basecamp cooking, heavier stainless steel sets remain the more practical (and cheaper) choice.
